The Four Dragons Amethyst Geode is THE MOST IMPRESSIVE work Rikoo has ever completed in our company��s history. It is sculpted from a rare, natural Brazilian amethyst geode. It is rare because of the thick layer of agate surrounding the amethyst cavity. Only because the agate was so thick, were we able to achieve the ingenious, intricate design. The artist bravely threw convention to the wind when carving the agate skin of the geode into 4 twisting dragons, with a thin layer of masterfully sculpted agate clouds unerneath the magnificent beasts. The dragons happily cruise through the clouds, conveying an image of prosperity. The bright purple amethyst cluster, the mysterious hollow cavity and the lively dragons, combined with the separate base carved from gem-grade labradorite, endows the work with desirability beyond compare.
